What you send us

This website has no quote form. You choose to open Messenger to describe your request. We receive what you send: items and photos, dimensions and estimated weight, collection and delivery addresses, preferred date and access conditions. You may also provide contact details to arrange the transport.

Send only what is needed for the quote or transport. Avoid identity documents, banking information, access codes and photos showing documents or people unnecessarily.

Why this information is used

They are used to assess the transport, prepare a personalized price, answer your request and arrange a service if confirmed. Information is intended for management and authorized people involved in handling your request or arranging the transport.

You send the message yourself. This website does not send messages automatically. A quote request is not a booking.

Retention: requests that do not proceed

Quote requests that do not proceed are deleted from our professional Messenger space after 90 days from the last exchange about that request, subject to any legal retention requirement. This rule is carried out in the messaging service; the website does not delete messages automatically.

Confirmed transport files and documents subject to legal retention requirements are handled separately. They are kept for the time needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. You can ask the person responsible about the period applicable to your file.

Deletion from our space does not guarantee removal of copies held by you or Meta. Meta’s processing and retention are also governed by its own policies.

Messenger and technical services

Messenger is a Meta service, separate from this website. Using it may require an account. Read its privacy policy for information about its processing, processing locations and your options. Service providers may process information outside Quebec; exclusive hosting in Quebec is not claimed.

Displaying this website involves technical requests to its hosting provider. The website does not automatically send photos, addresses or quote details to Messenger: you choose to send them within that service.

Session marker and tracking

A marker stored in your browser for the session avoids repeating the introduction video. It contains no name or address. This version’s website scripts add no advertising trackers or audience measurement tools. Third-party services apply their own policies.

Your requests and choices

You can contact the person responsible to request access to or correction of your information, discuss deletion or withdrawal of consent, or make a complaint. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal conditions and obligations. Withdrawing necessary information may prevent us from preparing a quote or providing the transport.
